The kitchen toasts and grinds 16 unique spice blends in-house, contributing to the notable tangs within American Tandoor’s menu.

These house made spices create colorful dishes like Rogan Josh, our tender braised lamb shanks, or Bengali Mustard Fish Curry, seasonal fish with the perfect amount of curry, mustard seed and spices. If you prefer to graze lightly, relish in the Crispy Kale & Palak, a savory snack of fried spinach, kale, delicious paneer, crisp Asian pear and a tangy tamarind yogurt sauce.
